I’ve been using Luna Display a lot longer, actually just found about the BetterTouchTool/Sidecar trick today. I’m sure there’s probably a way to script this so it’s automatic, but I’m not entirely sure where to start with that. I personally couldn’t get this to work, since my first option in there is an Apple TV, so my workaround in BTT Remote is to tap Menubar > (Select an app, Finder for example) > Open a new window Menubar > Window > Move to iPad Pro.Įdit: Here’s a video showing how easy it is to launch Sidecar directly from the iPad. With Luna, I can be anywhere in the house and expect the same average latency anywhere. Sidecar is better when you’re very close to your Mac, very little latency and things seem to run pretty smooth wirelessly. I use both Sidecar and Luna Display for my headless Mini. Anyhow, I was wondering if I could get a Mac mini and use the iPad Pro as display and the LCT as keyboard and mouse on the Mac?
